Appointments & Process

Appointments- To make an appointment for a massage, facial, waxing, moroccan bath, mineral bath, v-steam, ear candling or foot detox please call 202-845-9870. When you call please specify whether the appointment is for an individual, a couple, an out-call (at your location) or in-call (at our facility). Please note an out-call fee will be applied to all out-call appointments and is based on location. Also please notify us of any promotional deals that you have, if any. A credit card number maybe required for booking.

In order to book a spa party event, please call us at 202-845-9870 or email us at Please have event/party date, services desired, and number of guests. Once we confirm date is available (may take up to 48 hrs), a signed contract and a 50% deposit is required to reserve date. Remaining balance will be due at least 7 days before party/event.

Payments- Payments can be made cash, credit, or debit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Am Express. A $1 card processing fee for transactions below $100 and $2 if over $100 will be applied to your payment. Proper ID is required for all card payments.

Cancellations- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time by calling or emailing us. For events, 72 hrs prior to party/event start time. Percentage of refunds will be determined, based on each individual party. There will be no refunds on no shows or individual guests cancellations. For all No-Call No-Show or last minute cancellations, a fee of $25 or more will be assessed and deducted from credit card on file. Fee is based on service and/or number of services.

Gratuities- Gratuities are greatly appreciated. If you are satisfied with the services you received, you are welcomed to add a tip at the end of service to show your appreciation. A 15% minimum gratuity is required with all of our special promotions or discounted deals and based on the full price of service.

Please Note: If you or your guests have any health concerns or conditions (pregnant, injuries, etc..), please notify us prior to treatment. Our service providers may refuse treatment if a health or safety issue arise.
